What the Random?

Yesterday we were passing through Las Vegas and stopped at a KoMex Fusion restaurant.  (Basically a tiny place in a strip mall that serves Korean-Mexican food.  Very good BTW)

As luck would have it Gavin needed to use the bathroom.  We found our way through the tiny hallway and into the bathroom were I keep saying "Don't touch anything". 
There was a lot of stuff to look at and Gavin inquired about pretty much everything.
"Why is that hat over there?  What does that button do?  Why did they hang that picture over there?"

Tired of the random questions and thinking more about avoiding diseases I began answering all questions with "I don't know Gavin, why do you think?"  He stopped asking questions for a minute then points to this thing on the wall and says
"I know what that is.  It's the X3 twenty-five hundred.  It makes things smell good."
