Gavin seemed to enjoy them and commented on the "nutty after taste". When I asked him to rate them 1 being not so good and 10 being best dessert EVER. He gave them a 5, then after seeing my face a 7. When I asked him what dessert would hit a 10 on his scale. He said "Marissa's cupcakes! YUM!!"

Tropical Bars
I made some pineapple tropical bars. It takes 5 separate bowls and about 2.5 hours baking the different parts and assembling them to make it happen. It is a recipie from Shawn's Aunt Judy, and it is well worth the work provided you love macademia nuts, pineapple and coconut as much as I do.
