Step One: On the night before Valentine's day, give mom the paper that says you need to make a box for class.Step Two: Scrounge through boxes and trash to find a "cool" looking box. Decide nothing is "cool" enough.
Go to the pantry and empty a food storage oatmeal can. Then ask mom if you can use the empty can.

Step Three: Eat Pistachios.

Step Four: Show Dad your silver can and tell him you like the color green.

While Dad is covering your can with green paper, continue to eat pistachios.......

Step Five: Peak Marissa's interest in your project. (This is funny huh Marissa?)
Make her laugh and convince her that you need her help.
Keep eating pistachios.....
Step Six: Ask mom if we have any googly eyes.

Step Seven: Show googly eyes to Tiffany and make her laugh. Have her help you with the glue.
Step Eight:
Show mom the lid and introduce the dilemma of no top. Eat pistachios and wait for mom to make a suggestion. Encourage mom, and comment on the length of the teeth.

Step Nine: Make Tiffany laugh and get her help, again.
And that is how it is done!
(Hey, are we out of pistacios?)

Hahahaha what a funny kid!! His teacher probably got a kick out of that this morning when Gav walked in
Ahhh...Lucy you commented! You are my favorite niece now! I hope she thought it was funny. The kids got a kick out of sticking their hand into the mouth of the "monster".
okay, hilarious....this sounds just like similar projects with my kids! Gotta love Gavin!
That is way too cute!! I can't decide which step is my favorite.... I did really like step one though. ;)
