"Mmmmom." He says exasperated. "I need the scissors to be cold for when they cut things."
"Okay." I say deciding to inquire further. "Why do they need to be cold?"
He answers enthusiastically "Oh, yeah. So they can get hardened."
Then after my quizzical look he adds "You know, so I can cut hard stuff with them."
