20 minutes of Reading

During the summer we encourage our kids to read 20 minutes each day.  We even have a weekly library day to help with the reading variety.

Sometimes we put on our swim suits, and get some sun while reading, other times its individual reading in your room or even a reading party in the family room.  (Party implies the addition of snacks)

Today I told Gavin to go get Tiffany and we would have a party in the family room. After notifying his sister, he went into my office to "make a sign".  Although not unusual for him to create a sign, I was interested to see what he wanted everyone to know during our reading time.
